On Tuesday, December 12, 2023, British Columbia sent out 192 invitations to apply for permanent residency in general and targeted draws,
This round of invitation included profiles under the 35 Tech Occupations, early childhood educators as well as 39 healthcare and 25 construction occupations under all the BC PNP Skills Immigration and Express Entry streams.
The cutoff score increased by 2 points for the skilled worker category and by 1 point for the entry-level and semi-skilled categories in comparison with the last general round of invitations by BC PNP.

The processing timeframe for Skills Immigration and Post-nomination requests remain 3 months respectively. BC PNP will also begin the process of an application after receiving a completed application from a candidate. Processing timeframes differ as candidates do not accept or submit completed applications at the same time.
