On Thursday, July 18, 2024, the Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP) sent out 1,240 invitations to apply for permanent residency in an Express Entry draw.
This is the fifth round of invitations under the Human Capital Priorities Stream (HCP) being issued by OINP in 2024. The program has been issuing invitations to applicants with Express Entry profiles featuring primary occupations in one of 43 healthcare fields listed below and Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) scores ranging from 425 to 444.

The candidates invited in this draw will receive an additional 600 points to their CRS scores which will increase their scores to between 1,025 and 1,044. They also have forty-five days to get their provincial nominations by submitting a fully completed application.
